“Art is for Everyone” in Action

This holiday season KINGART joined the Amazin’Mets Foundation the philanthropic arm of the MLB New York based Mets to spread holiday cheer and the message that Art is for Everyone. In December the foundation held several MetsGiving local community events including the Mets Holiday Dinner and Annual Kid’s Party at Citi Field. Each person at these special events received a gift bag that included KINGART art sets, markers and sketchbooks.

KINGART founder and CEO Michael Cornell noted “Participating in outreach opportunities and providing materials that encourage creativity and self-expression is integral to our overall mission and we hope that these gifts bring a smile to the attendees and are well-used in the days to come. Partnering with the Amazin Mets Foundation who is equally passionate in their youth outreach is a great way for us to give back our local community in a meaningful way.”
